By attending the LNK’d Up event, you agree to the following terms:

2. No Liability for Personal Injury or Property Damage: LNK’d Up and its organizers, staff, and venue are not liable for any personal injuries, accidents, or damages to property that may occur before, during, or after the event. This includes any injuries or damages resulting from interactions with other attendees or the physical environment.

3. Health and Safety: Participants are responsible for their own health and safety during the event. If you have any specific health concerns or medical conditions that might impact your participation, we recommend consulting a healthcare professional before attending.

4. Conduct at the Event: LNK’d Up is not responsible for any disputes or disagreements between participants. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, inappropriate behavior, or misconduct. Any participants who violate our event policies or make others feel uncomfortable will be asked to leave without a refund.

5. Force Majeure: In the event that the event is canceled, postponed, or delayed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the organizers (such as natural disasters, strikes, or other emergencies), LNK’d Up is not responsible for any costs or damages incurred by participants.

6. Indemnification: By attending the event, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless LNK’d Up, its organizers, staff, and venue from any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your participation in the event.
